How dangerous is the swab? I've heard that it contains nano-particles/fibers that are very bad. One of the employees told me that they shove the swab way up into your sinuses and that it can be painful. Please reply.

Yeah, they cram a swab up your nose for a test that is unverifiable.

Everyone I know even at the hospital is just getting swabbed, jamming it to the back of your nasal cavity stopped awhile ago.
