There seems to be a few of these guys in AZ state doing the same thing in various places. Each time they end up in a confrontation with bitchy police who end up having to walk away after acting authoritarian.
I would imagine it being very tough to deal with real criminals if you didn't have an authoritarian demeanor about you.
