I'd like to agree with you, but I don't think he has any of these. Seems a bit too specific and expensive for anyone not getting their money's worth from it. He doesn't strike me as the type that needs to cut a lot of concrete. If he did he'd probably drill, wedge and snap it... Old school.

Ye ol’ feather & wedges, I’ve pounded in a few of those into stone back in the day. Works pretty slick and quick.

Seems to me he'd make his own wedges from scrap before shelling out the money on this. That out he'd mod an old chainsaw to handle that diamond chain.
