She needs an alternate exit, hermetically sealed vault doors at both entrances, and a CBRN system. The spring isn't a problem, it's a water source as long as you have off-grid electricity. I'ld like to see a group build an authentic vault. Internal fission reactor for power, underground water supply, and an air system that works without requiring external ventilation.
