As a carpenter, my team has used Dewalt for as long as I've done the work. My grandfather is who I work for, he's 82 and been building since he was 21. I think he's used Dewalt for most of his life EXCEPT for a few odds and ends. Like skilsaws, he's always only bought one kind. Which now I'm blanking on what kind. Its teal colored though. Just recently he's really switched to cordless. We got a new jigsaw, the oscillator tool and a new Sawzall. All battery.
They've been great. My only complaint is, is that we have about 4 or 5 different types batteries and some chargers won't charge all of them and its a hassle. I get very irritated. I've got 1 charger that charges 4 batteries and 5 chargers that charge 2 batteries. Pisses me off.
