I got a corded Ryobi for Xmas. I've done a few wood working projects before, and always used hand saws. But one of the grandkids got me a power saw now that I'm retired. It reminded me why I never bought myself one. I'm left handed, and circular saws spit the sawdust in my face and all over me when I use it. It's all part of the World-wide conspiracy against left-handed people to make our lives more difficult.
Skilsaw makes a left-handed corded saw. I'm ambidextrous, but taught myself to use saw left handed.
Ryobi is way better than their reputation
Just like a good ol' 30-30 Winchester, ain't it? Smack! Right in the face!
