That book is a rarity these days.
Last time I saw it was from a guy my father had hired to help fix up a wall, and the guy had some parts printed out and laminated in a binder as a reminder on how to do some joisting.
Asked him about it since I was a nosy little shit and apparently his father kept an original copy from working with sears back when they used to build houses and passed it on to him. By the time he actually got it though it was falling apart and missing a few pages so he scanned and printed out the parts that were there along with a copy from some library.
