Is it better to place the pic in the comments or place it in the title? I'm torn between the two. On one hand I like seeing the preview, but on the other I prefer going to the comment section to see the pic. I place it in both places due to my indecisiveness/ocd. Which way is the proper etiquette? Not trying to overuse resources.

You misunderstood my comment.

When you post a link or an image, you do it in the URL field (or image upload option). So you don't have to paste that link in the post's content. It's redundant and people will open it thinking it's a different link or image.

If you want to see an image/album post, you don't need to open it (unless you want to see comments, in case there are).

You can simply use the expando (click on the thumbnail) to unfold the built-in image(s) viewer.
