I suspect they will create the "climate change" crisis they talk about if they aren't already on it, with "geoengineering" techniques, like spraying chemicals in the atmosphere and fucking up the climate in every possible way. And those same techniques are used/implemented to fight "climate change", more or less covertly, at least in the beginning. But in reality those implemented techniques (spraying chemicals and such) create a "climate crisis"/actually damage the "climate" on the long run It starts as a lie and then they make it real to put it simply At least that's probably the strategy I would settle for if I were hell bent on forwarding that particular agenda
