The man in this video was older. He was heavier by at least 10lb/5Kg. His voice was lower and raspier. I chalked this up to him getting fat and old. The differnce in weight between these two people and the short time between the videos, convinces me that we are seeing two different 'Trudeau' actors in public appearances.
