Maybe I suck but I cannot find this version of the Birth Certificate in any of the 'debunk' articles. This is a new one. And I've done my sleuthing: I cannot disprove it. It correctly identifies Kenya as a part of "British." Kenya didn't become independent until 1963-64. Seal isn't Australia like the original debunked birth certificate - far as I can tell. I'm having a hard time debunking this one. It's possible the names were photoshopped onto a legit birth certificate from Kenya. Any other thoughts? This is a new one on me.
