I'm sitting here, trying to wrap my head around the implications of the DIA having to keep a top Chinese intelligence official defector away from the CIA/FBI. This is something else. It's as if there's a cold war between the military and the CIA/FBI, etc.

Maybe there has been one for quite some time. #maga

Fbi and cia famously hated each other before 9/11.

After 9/11 supposedly CIA inflitrated and took over FBI.

Peter STRYOK was supposedly CIA as was hiss ad and he led the takeover at FBI.
