I still use a flip phone, but even then, I keep it in a faraday bag at all times. It comes out when I need it. Fuck anyone who’s trying to call me. Kinda nice to never hear a phone ring.
Bought a lunch box with a foil-lined inside, with small hopes it might work as a faraday box. Deep down, I knew it wouldn't work because of the zipper gap being wide enough for the radio waves to propagate through. It sure the hell didn't work.

Found it online. 2 pack for $11. They’re made to accept a large smartphone. Amazon of course. They work. Put your phone in it and give it a ring.

broken microwave also works since it uses a faraday cage to keep you from cooking also.
