When I was using a borrowed phone I just folded it up in aluminum foil since it was interfering with my wifi signal. As for smart phones to expensive to justify the cost and the plans are to expensive also. Besides once I learned about Carnivore in 1998 on IRC I tossed my webcam in the garbage, and vowed never to own a cell phone of any type.
Just turns everyone into a zombie with their head down and not experiencing life. Anyone that cares to talk to me has to drive or walk to where I am or leave a message on the house phone since so much spam we don't even answer it anymore and no spammers leave a message since it'll kill the trick of trying to trick you into saying YES and buying something without a conversation or a clue.
