I work with software development teams all over the world... I have teams on 3 different continents that I directly manage and coworkers I interact with on 2 more. I talk to people all over the world every day and I have noticed something recently...

When I talk to people in North American, no one has Covid. No one has relatives in the hospital. No one has friends or family that has died of Covid. ...but a good number of people are taking sick days after receiving the vaccine and feeling like shit.

When I talk to people in Europe it is much like North America except that they are more afraid because last year a lot of people got sick and/or died... but today no one is really sick. There are outliers but in general it is business as usual.

In India it seems like EVREYONE is sick. Every team has one or two people out with Covid. Every person talks about family members that are very sick. Several folks I know and work with every day are in the hospital. One died this morning.

All I can think about is the video of Gates saying "This one is not so bad but the NEXT virus will be really deadly"

Come on man, you don’t know, and no one knows if shedding is an issue. If you still think any of covid is real after all the lying and false claims... it’s likely best you don’t make any decisions independently. Once I see the carts picking up the daily dead I’ll believe covid is deadly.

That was kind of my point... forget about conclusions or deductions about causes etc... Focus on the observation: People I know are dying in India. This is different from everywhere else. I know this is still second hand and a step removed from you but not to me and yes, it's anecdotal at best... but it seems like the situation has changed in India

Communicable vaccine shedding apparently occurred in Pfizer's own trials. https://media.tghn.org/medialibrary/2020/11/C4591001_Clinical_Protocol_Nov2020_Pfizer_BioNTech.pdf#page67

Thanks to the poal user that posted this this morning.

Apologies, the ramp in vaccinations started in March not April, this lines up perfectly with your observations. I couldn’t say it better than Anglin, here’s a link to his article discussing India.

You miss my point... All I am saying is that something in India is different. Maybe it's the vaccine, maybe a new variant, maybe it's just a coincidence... but to my personal experience people are dying in India. People I know personally. In the US and Canada no one is seriously sick
