Parler is gone and I don't think it is coming back. The lack of real effort to move hosts etc. is now very suspicious to me. The Daily Stormer suffered a similar fate and in 24 hours it was up and running with an onion address. A week latter it was up on a different host in a foreign location/hosting provider.

Mr Matze had told Fox News that “every vendor from text message services to email providers to our lawyers all ditched us too”, suggesting that other companies were taking their lead from Apple and Google.

I just don't believe it... sure big tech will coordinate, but the lawyers too? That does not happen all at once. It took weeks of pressure before some of Trump's lawyers jumped ship... I can believe that Google, Apple, Amazon and Cloudflare all black listed Parler at the same time... Text message services? Now we are in the telephony world where the laws are very different. "Common Carrier" laws mean that this is not likely because phone carriers are prohibited by law from ending service because of the content of the messages...

All of this leads me to think that Mr. Matze is lying. I think Parler was set up to catch and contain people fleeing censorship on twitter. Now that hey think that the fix is in they pulled the plug. Change my view.

I concur. I never registered on Parler because they asked for my phone number.

A honeypot is an obvious honeypot.
