The earth is not warming/cooling because of humans intervention, and you can post your links all you want, it won't change that.

It's 1ºC of warming, so yes, you can call it warming. Notice the simple wet-bulb temperature example I posted showing that at 5ºC people are going to have an odd habit of dropping dead? But hey, it's only 5ºC right?
