Conflictology

VENI VIDI VICI

Conflictology is the science that studies why and how conflicts begin, develop, and end:

If I agree with you, then we will be both wrong.

Agreement with the wrong side means both sides will be wrong.

Conflictology is from Latin - Conflictus, "conflict"; and Greek - λογία, "logia", is an interdisciplinary social science, drawing especially upon the research of sociology, politology, psychology and psychiatry, anthropology, history, theology as well as other related disciplines.

Conflictology is the scientific study of the nature, causes, effects and side effects, extent, control, management and prevention of conflicting behavior in nature, individual and society.

Conflictologist must be able to study and categorize, detect, contain, reverse, eliminate and prevent conflicts of any kind by patterns of stages, like causes, beginning, development, resolution, completion, effects.

Two universal types of basic conflicts:

Artificial and controlled conflicts. Unknown source creates a conflict by using unaware or payed participants, by making them believe to be on the right side or able to profit from the conflict. Instead the unaware participants are being used as cannon fodder. In reality the conflict exists only for the profit of the creator.

Natural not controlled conflicts. Starts because of natural causes, because the participants have reached the limit of patience, caused by a real source of problems. The effects can be unpredictable, it depends on the gravity of the problem created and the kind of source. Conflict ends after both sides reach agreement.

Divide & Conquer

Degenerates use the tactic of Divide & Conquer in order to divide unaware people in opposite groups by using fake dichotomies to create these groups and lure people by false propaganda. Degenerates usually use fake dichotomies based on religious and political dichotomies. Anyway more and more groups are being constantly created in order to divide people in as much as possible ways and make fight between factions.

Universal laws of conflictology:

1st conflictology law - If a conflict exists, at least one of the sides must be wrong.

2nd conflictology law - If a conflict is harmful, at least one of the sides must be mad.

3rd conflictology law - If a conflict is endless, proves both of the sides must be mad.

Unified theory of conflict:

In case of conflict, the right side must explain to the wrong side what is wrong in a clear and concise way by using logic and science. If the wrong side is unable to understand and unwilling to end the conflict, it means madness, therefore the wrong side must be contained and eliminated.

Interesting sub concept.

It has been my observation that the following holds true for all conflicts, whether personal, national, political, racial or global:

All conflict escalates until it ends in exactly one of three ways: Reconciliation, Separation, or Annihilation.

They may go by different names, depending on context. And sometimes you can negotiate and come to terms, to pick one and avoid another. But, in the end, all conflict ends with one of these three options. Either you settle and agree to respect each other again. Or you go your separate ways to avoid further conflict. Or the conflict will continue to escalate, until you seek to destroy each other, and finally one or more parties can fight no more.

Everything else is just stalling for time and delaying the inevitable.

So, when faced with conflict, one ought to ask oneself: Are there any acceptable conditions under which the enemy would be willing to reconcile? If not, then the next question should be: Are there any acceptable conditions under which the enemy would be willing to separate?

If there are no conceivable conditions, under which the enemy might come to respect your position, or at least be willing to walk away and be content to leave you be, then that leaves only one option. And so one should prepare for the inevitable. One should prepare quickly and well. And be decisive and final in its execution. Lest one finds oneself on the wrong end of that equation.

I concur. Usually conflicts are settled by brute force. Those who have more people on their side or better weapons are always in the position of supremacy to dictate their rules.
