It seems AMD's cards generally out perform Nvida cards based on lowest prices.
A RX9070XT can be had for nearly half the price of a GTX4070Ti Super, with the RX card delivering slightly better benchmark performance.
Ray tracing aside.. The only Nvida GPUs that seem worth buying are the 5090 or 4090 cards as these cards do provide significantly better performance at a higher price.
My GTX 2070 and 2080 cards from a few years ago don't even make the list, but I don't really play any games released in the last decade anyway.
