It's time to replace a printer here which is a Samsung SCX-3405 wireless scan + b/w laser printer. HP bought Samsung printing a while back and I don't care for HP consumer level products. I hear great things about Brother.

Here's what I'd like to end up with...

Must have: - Integrated print server - wireless networking - b/w laser printing

Nice to have: - ethernet - duplex printing - integrated power supply (no power brick for the printer)

Could have: - scanner - color ( I won't disqualify for color if it's a good fit, but don't want it)

Must not have: - HP logo or HP printer with different branding

Dell E525W. No longer made but can be bought new old stock... the price is too high for it though. It was $500 when I bought it in 18 Similar style printer B&W laser with wireless and scan. It scans to my NFSshare and shit...

Dell stopped making printers, just sells everyone elses printers now.

If I had to go buy one. I'd be looking at canon, lexmark, or epson. They have all made reliable printers that have served me well in the past.

Those brands were not top of mind for me. Thanks for reminding me of these.
