Ok I have bought several different ones, yes I know about the unlock. I also know some say to put tape over the notch on the other side. Windows wouldnt let me do shit with them. So I thought fuckin linux. Linux at least let me format it so I thought that was it. Linux recognizes it but I cant do anything with it. Neither does windows, wtf? I bought a tablet predominantly for a power outage so I could still watch something but I cant upload to any sd card. What do I do?

fdisk —list (locate sd card mount) dd if=/dev/null of=${mountFromLastStep} bs=1M (If you get the mount wrong, it will wipe the wrong drive, be very careful) Then use any tool to format it, to include windows, fdisk or gparted.
