There are companies that refurbish used computers to look like new, and sell them complete with a warranty. I had a good experience with one such company called Revive IT. Bought a laptop at a low price, the display went out eight months later, --they emailed me a free shipping label and I had it back in three days, repaired and working again. They even included a new, spare SSD for me, because I had installed Linux on it and they couldn't verify the OS.
