I have 600w. A rx580 card. 4 HDD one M.2 SSD and one NVMe SSD. No issues.

Yeah apparently it's the CPU / GFX that are the power draws.

Even if you count 4W for each drive (which is quite generous), it's only 4x6W=24W. But keep in mind that the quality of the PSU affects the performance and life expectancy of the drives.

It's the cpu and video card and sound cards that are the big energy suckers, drives are very low power now since OS's slow or stop spinning drives and SSD's only use more when accessing files or writing them.
