I’ve had a lot of help from the community here with my first pc build and it went together perfectly. My son hasn’t been this excited for a present in years and we had a blast putting it together. So thanks to everyone and merry Christmas.

What GPU did you end up getting? Did you go with the 1660 or did you get the lower end one?

Also did you build one rather than buy one?

Congrats that it went well. PCs can be stressful I know for people not so accustomed to this realm.

1660 ti The only problem I had was finding out where to plug the front emblem led into .the wires were set into a large six pin plug that only used to pins and there’s no instructions on it I finally said fuck it and plugged into a harness and back to the power supply.

Not sure what you mean exactly. Think you mean you connected the pins from the GPU to the power supply to power the GPU. It can be kind of tricky. Mine has two 4 pins (4/4), but I have way more power going to my GPU though.

It can take 1 build if not 2 builds before you really know exactly what you are doing to as well.

The led under the emblem on the front of the case is what I was taking about everything else went fine.
