How can jews siphon off the most wealth and control power?

A) competitive, free country with light taxes or B) total state control where they own and control everything and use the media to point tyranny of the (nigger) majority where they please

No hint required. But yea. Governments have one tool in their toolbox: taxing. You may add fines, but to me it's the same thing.
