Communism is rampant in California. Now the power company is strong arming rationing. Of course they use the term: time-of-use rate plans. Naturally, the power company isn't increasing their capacity, rather demanding consumers to cut their usage. This is strange considering that cali is eliminating gas engines to further increase demands on the grid. Not to mention encouraging electric cars. I'm wondering how all these new demands on the electric grid are going to be met.
