The body of an unidentified man was found at the base of the 300-foot cliffs of the affluent Palos Verdes Estates coastal city on October 30. Palos Verdes Estates Police Department officers were alerted by someone who spotted the man lying face down off of Paseo Del Mar about 12:20 pm, according to the Los Angeles Times. Police and fire department paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. His cause of death has not yet been determined.
