Never understood the appeal of Las Vegas. Lived there for a time. The city itself wasn't horrible, crime aside. Lots to do at all hours if your a night owl like me. And the Station Casinos and Sam's Town had tons of stuff to do besides gambling. But people who go there for the strip are insane. What is the appeal of gambling, much less gambling in a casino that isn't known for being fair to the players. What is the appeal of subpar washed up stars who headline there and coast off of appeal from 30 years ago. What is the appeal of walking around a place that is on par with the worst nigger neighborhoods in terms of crime?

Just don't get it. Surprised the city didn't go into decline sooner.

I have never understood or liked Vegas. I would never have gone in the first place if it wasn't for an event I wanted to go to.
