There is definitely malice involved. It is obvious the 2035 ICE ban is designed to end private car ownership and force everyone into public transit. I can't think of any other outcome of this plan. The fuckers have rolling blackouts every summer and choose to do nothing to solve it except tell the dumbasses to not use power during the day. Brilliant when 10% of the US population lives in Southern California.
