I am Not for 'controls' of Americans BUT, i was in the insane loops of Dallas a year ago and while Driving The 65 Speed Limit, i attempted to change lanes (1) for an exit, when one of the NO speed limit Morons at about 100 MPH passed me on the Right and i avoided Killing Him and us by watching all my mirrors. DO NOT defend your ignorance by pretending you can ignore the Speed limit.
