For those that don't know, Judge Benitez is the same judge responsible for challenging California's magazine ban resulting in "Freedom Week" magazines, and has several high profiles cases of his bouncing between the Supreme Court and Circuit Courts.

Shocking that's there's one judge left in California that respects the Constitution. I'm sure they'll work to get rid of him asap
