I've stopped calling them homeless. There are homeless people who for a variety of reasons find themselves indigent. These are just junkies and junkies are a different class than the indigent because the indigent try and change their situation, the junkies revel in it and destroy society at the same time.

Seriously, they won't clean out the homeless from the cities, yet they move them out of areas where they don't hurt anyone? Interesting.
