Yep. This is all commie/socialist bullshit mixed in with "feels" rather than logic and data. They "Feel" like its a bad thing to punish criminals that victimize people. They say the criminal is a victim of society so anyone they harm cannot be a victim but are rather the oppressor's that deserved what they got. That and they are racist as fuck against anyone that does not look like them. (Ex. not black/brown). This is what happens when you allow the permanent victim class get in charge of the legal system.
