They can see and listen to what we do, in our homes and vehicles, at any time. They've been able to do this since at least 2009, that I personally know of. Drones, planes, possibly satellites, and who knows what else. You can take precautions, change patterns and use countermeasures, but it isn't easy and quickly gets costly.
