My oldest son works IT for a fairly large business. The techs all take turns being on call. Everyone hates it. He'll often get calls during his turn at 2 or 3am for stupid crap like a printer not working...it came unplugged.
The only thing he hates worse is when he has to call screen reading service techs who only follow the prompts. I've heard heard my fair share of stories kek
