To be fair, considering the expansion of human lifespan, 30 yr old now is the equivalent of ~10 yr old back then. A modern 30 yr old still has time for plenty of action.
As a modern 30 something I already survived three recessions, I'm in a deadly pandemic right now also fighting in a global cold war that likely happens to be related to "pandemic".
