Dated this chick who went to college for material science. Switched to pharmaceutical science after 3 years bc she wasn’t into MS or something like that. It took her 7 years to get her undergrad and she got a job working as a pharmaceutical technician afterward. $17/hr. Tens of thousands in debt with no desire to ever get her graduate degree. I remember one day she was elated bc she got a $0.25 raise. Incredible.

Pharma industry pays big too. Lotta money gets thrown around and the big companies haven't a clue if you work a full day or not.

Unless your talking about a pharmacist in the drug store. But I thought that is like a 3 month course.

Never attended university or obtained a degree, yet all my colleagues have. They probably hold a grudge against me because of it. Kind of understandable.. they spent a shit-ton of money and effort to get their degree and career, whereas I skipped college and ended up on the same career level as them. And on top of that, outperform them all, according to the big cheese of the company.
