Hopefully they flatten the power level curve. Ultra instinct was fun and all but it capped at that. But then what? My idea would be for them to keep ultra instinct for a bit. Then have Goku go visit Jiren and Vegeta visit the other Saiyan world. Where the story arc would be Vegeta learning and mastering Ultra instict and him killing their destroyer at the end of the Arc. Then story arc #2 would be the dilemma the Zenos faced with this super powerful mortal being. So they come to the conclusion that they need to "flatten the curve" - remove the power from all of the universes that mortals could possess. They would flatten it to around the time of where Vegeta first visits Earth in DBZ. So pre SSJ. This would mean everyone was proportionally nothing relative to what they are now. But this would then allow the story arc to continue from the Android Saga where Vegeta showed how he was the absolute MASTER of the fight. (think how he bluffed the android about his power level). Where Goku was, and still is a bumbling child etc.
