Back in the days I thought it was an absurd bio fact just to add more dark humour to the absurd character. Now I think that his bio is not so much absurd anymore, since today I can see that it's relatively easy to achieve on planet Earth.

That run where he faces off against his daughter was amazing. Great art too.

Lobo was made to be an absurdist DC anti-hero as a response to Marvel characters, like Wolverine. Also he rode a motorcycle in space without a helmet.
