Lyn'Navion Marshall, 19, and a juvenile were arrested early Wednesday morning near South Willow Street and East Davies Avenue. Around 12:30 a.m., deputies responded to that area after someone called to report possible gunfire and someone being chased. Deputies spoke with the victim, who reported that he went to a home in the 8600 block of East Davies Avenue to purchase gold after arranging to meet there on Facebook Marketplace.
