The Larkspur Fire Protection District said a 65-year-old man was airlifted to a hospital after the crash of an ultra-light, single-occupant helicopter. Larkspur Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Chad Campagnola said the pilot was out of the helicopter by the time firefighters arrived. The pilot was concious and speaking to firefighters and was transportated to a hospital, fire officials said.
