According to the San Miguel County Sheriff’s Office, a man was taken into ICE custody outside the county jail near Telluride after he was released from custody. The suspect was in for domestic violence charges for the second time. According to the release, the man attempted to flee ICE agents who were waiting outside the jail. Agents were able to take the suspect into custody after a struggle.
