The victim has not been identified yet.Because the collision occurred early Monday morning (May 18, 2026), the Denver Police Department and the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner have not yet released the individual’s name, age, or gender.

Official identification typically takes anywhere from a few days to a week. The medical examiner must first complete an autopsy and officially notify the victim's next of kin before any personal details are made public.
