Also, maybe don't get an apartment above a gym if you don't want to hear gym stuff.

While the lawsuit plays out, the neighbors are also seeking a preliminary injunction that would push the gym's opening time to 9 a.m. on weekdays, up from its current 5 a.m. opening.
