Wow. That's lame as fuck. I am guessing these "neighbors" are the type that would go to planet fatness if they went to any gym at all.

Also, maybe don't get an apartment above a gym if you don't want to hear gym stuff.

From the post:

>Most gym annoyances end with an eye roll. Music without headphones. Clanking weights. Somebody grunting too loudly. But at one Denver gym, the grunting left neighbors downright disgruntled and ended in a lawsuit. Three residents on the third floor of the Beauvallon condominiums at 9th Avenue and Lincoln Street in Capitol Hill have filed a lawsuit in Denver District Court against Summit Strong, a powerlifting gym operating on the second floor directly below them. While the lawsuit plays out, the neighbors are also seeking a preliminary injunction that would push the gym's opening time to 9 a.m. on weekdays, up from its current 5 a.m. opening.

The article doesn't state if they've made complaints before, or even if they have the ability to move. A condo may not offer that ability with a liquid manner.

But it also sounds like promised soundproofing wasn't made.

That is fair. The gym should have sound proofing since its in a residential complex. If they don't or it's not good enough they should have to install it.
