Over the weekend, Mexican forces killed the founder and leader of the CJNG, Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, also known as “El Mencho,” which prompted cartel members to set fire to gas stations and vehicles in parts of Mexico, including in the popular tourist region of Puerto Vallarta.
