You don't reform animals. Colorado (esp around areas like Boulder) has a long and documented history of killing bears that get "used to" humans. Why are wolves any different? Oh, right, because the people behind these policies hate farmers and ranchers and want them gone. Partially so they can buy their land cheap to put up shitty housing for criminal illegal aliens.
