A Colorado resident, Mackenson Remy, told a company human resources supervisor that he had a TikTok channel targeted at Haitian immigrants in the U.S. and that he could use it to advertise JBS jobs, according to a proposed class-action lawsuit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Denver.
