Yeah... Well, those spaces are empty because the "public transit" system is a fucking joke with massive amounts of crime, murder, drug use, etc.. Cars are broken into all of the time. It takes 3 hours to use RTD to get somewhere that takes 40 minutes in bad traffic in your own car... Etc... etc...
Also, Obvious comments about "15 minute cities, you will own nothing, etc" are obvious.
