It's probably so they can be anti ICE. A lot of the expired registrations are because they CANT be registered because they are being driven by criminal illegal aliens.

This is Denver though.. They are finding them so ICE doesn't so they can "help" them. Probably with illegal temp plates or something.

ICE doesn't run traffic stops usually so that makes sense.
